HAZARDS: 40 MPH WIND GUSTS. LIGHTNING. BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS.
RIVER FLOODING.

TIMING: GUSTY WINDS THROUGHOUT THE DAY. CHANCES FOR STORMS MOVE
IN FROM THE NORTHWEST BEGINNING AFTER 5 PM. FLOODING IS ONGOING.
