THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

OUTLOOK: A FEW FLURRIES ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH EARLY EVENING.

DISCUSSION: THE COLDEST WEATHER OF THE SEASON SO FAR WILL CONTINUE
AS BROAD HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES OVER THE OHIO VALLEY. SKIES WILL
REMAIN MOSTLY CLOUDY OVERNIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

OUTLOOK: MIXED PRECIPITATION IS POSSIBLE DURING THE SECOND HALF
OF THE WEEKEND...ESPECIALLY FROM SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY
NIGHT. CURRENT TRENDS PLACE THE BEST THREAT FOR SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
ACROSS NORTHERN PORTIONS OF CENTRAL INDIANA. ADDITIONAL LIGHT SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

SUBZERO WIND CHILLS ARE POSSIBLE BY THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.

DISCUSSION: A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE AREA
DURING THE SECOND HALF OF THE WEEKEND. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING THE
POTENTIAL FOR LIGHT SNOW SATURDAY NIGHT...AND MIXED PRECIPITATION
ON SUNDAY BEFORE CHANGING PRIMARILY TO RAIN. LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE PROBABLE WITH THIS SYSTEM...MAINLY NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 70.

ANOTHER WEATHER DISTURBANCE IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE REGION
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...BRINGING THE POTENTIAL FOR ADDITIONAL
LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS AND A RENEWED SURGE OF COLD ARCTIC AIR.
SUBZERO WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH HIGHS IN
THE TEENS ON THURSDAY.
