.DISCUSSION...

Light rain persists through late this morning, quickly ending this
afternoon. Temperatures rise into the low 50s this afternoon as
clouds persist, with humidity values bottoming out in the upper
50 percent range. Winds remain northwesterly this afternoon, at
around 10 to 15 miles per hour. Good overnight humidity recover
to near 100 percent, with the potential for a frost and weak north
winds.

Highs rebound into the low 70s tomorrow with full sun and winds
shifting westerly during the afternoon at 10 to 15 miles per hour.
Minimum humidity values around 30 percent in the afternoon. Good
overnight humidity recovery above 90 percent expected again
tomorrow night.
