AND THE CITY OF FALLS CHURCH IS CANCELLED...
The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
District of Columbia...and northern Virginia.

FOR THE CENTRAL DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA...ARLINGTON AND THE
NORTHEASTERN CITY OF ALEXANDRIA...
At 319 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ballston, or
over Arlington, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Emergency management and NWS Employees have reported half-
dollar sized hail in Falls Church.
IMPACT...Some hail damage to agriculture is expected.
Locations impacted include...
Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, Crystal City, Reagan National
Airport, Rosslyn, Ballston, US Capitol, Seven Corners, Barcroft, Rock
Creek, The Mall, Cherrydale, Westover, Bolling Air Force, and The
White House.
