Light and variable winds at the burn site this morning will
increase out of the east southeast in the afternoon. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms will be possible mainly during the
afternoon and early evening hours. Maximum dispersion values this
afternoon will remain poor to fair at the burn site.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (35-45 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms early in the
                    afternoon. Chance of showers and thunderstorms
                    late in the afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......40 percent.
LAL.................No Tstms until 1400, then 9-15 strikes.
