...HAZARDOUS SEAS WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM PDT EARLY
THIS MORNING...
...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT THIS EVENING...
...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO 2 PM
PDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT... Winds, south west 30 to 35 kt with gusts to 40 kt and
  seas build to 15 to 18 ft due to southerly wind waves and a
  heavy west swell. Seas remain hazardous to smaller crafts
  Thursday night with seas of 13 feet at 14 seconds.

* WHERE...All areas north of Cape Blanco.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 AM PDT early
  this morning. For the Gale Warning, until 11 PM PDT this
  evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 PM this evening
  to 2 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
  treacherous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated thunderstorms are possible
  Thursday and will have the potential to produce brief periods
  of gale force gusts of 40 to 50 kt as well as small hail.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid strong winds and very steep
seas. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or
secure the vessel for severe conditions.

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
  13 to 18 ft at 14 seconds.

* WHERE...All areas south of Cape Blanco.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM PDT Friday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
