BEAUFORT COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM EDT...

At 418 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Black Jack, or near Winterville, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Greenville, Washington, Winterville, Stokes, Shelmerdine, Calico,
Pactolus, Black Jack, Old Ford, East Carolina University, Dowdy
Ficklen Stadium, Chocowinity, Grimesland, and Simpson.
