Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure just NW
of the Washington waters will move N tonight into Sun with an
associated low pressure trough crossing the N portion. Another
low pressure trough will develop along the coast of Oregon late
Sun and Sun night and persist through Mon, then weaken Mon night.
High pressure SW of the waters will move N over the waters Sun
and Sun night, then begin weakening Mon and Mon night. A cold
front will approach the area from the W Mon night, then move
across the area Tue and Tue night. High pressure will rebuild
over the area Tue night and Wed, then weaken Wed night as another
cold front approaches. The cold front will move across the area
Thu and Thu night. High pressure will build W of the waters Thu
night.
