.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will build E
while remaining just W of the area today as a weak cold front
moves SE into the northern waters. The front will dissipate over
the central waters tonight into Sun as high pressure persists
just W of the waters. The high will remain just W of the region
Sun night into Mon night. A low pressure trough will develop near
the southern California coast tonight, with the trough expanding
northward to the central California coast Sun. The trough will
persist along the southern and central California coast Sun night
into Wed night, with the trough strengthening by Mon, and will
persist Mon night through Wed night. High pressure will build
over the NW portion of the waters Tue night, with the high
persisting over the NW portion Wed and Wed night. Please be
advised that the USCG remote communications facility at Cambria
is experiencing technical difficulties. Technicians are aware of
the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience.
