.DISCUSSION...

Low relative humidity levels and increasing wind speeds are
expected today. Dry weather will continue today. Wind will also
increase ahead of an approaching cold front, with gusts from 20-25
mph by this afternoon. With dry air in place, RH values are
expected to drop to around 25 percent this afternoon. RH will
recover to between 95 and 100 percent tonight as showers
overspread the region with the crossing cold front.

                    mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Areas of frost
                    early in the morning.
