.DISCUSSION...

* Southwest winds will increase by this afternoon as a storm system
  arrives and persist through Thursday. Ventilation should be very
  good to excellent during the operational period.

* Snow showers will increase late today into Thursday with
  heaviest snowfall this evening and overnight with 4 to 6 inches
  of new snowfall.

* It will remain wet and unsettled into the weekend with
  additional snow accumulations but lighter breezes.

Sky/Weather.........Mostly cloudy then becoming partly cloudy.
                     A 20% chance of showers after 3 PM.
Temperature.........27-29 at ignition...Max 41-43.
