.DISCUSSION...
A lull in shower activity can be expected this afternoon, however,
additional rounds of storms are expected late this evening and
tonight. These storms will be capable of producing damaging wind
gusts, large hail, and a few tornadoes. Heavy downpours can also be
expected with these storms, and may create localized flash flooding
into Thursday morning.
The rest of the week and the weekend will remain unsettled, leading
to the daily chance for showers and storms. However, any
thunderstorms through the weekend will be mainly diurnal in
nature and far less impactful.
Active weather looks to continue next week, with rounds of showers
and storms.
