...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 453 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
from the coastal waters near the San Juan off to the north at about
10 nautical miles offshore, moving northeast at 5 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
