Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico and USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N-

Satellite imagery and doppler radar indicated both the development
of strong thunderstorms across the eastern offshore Atlantic
waters and the approach of clusters of strong thunderstorms from
the west moving northeast at around 30 kts towards our western
offshore Atlantic Waters. These thunderstorms are capable of
producing winds up to around 30 knots, frequent lightning, and
torrential rain. Waterspouts are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
