Fire Weather Planning Forecast
National Weather Service Tulsa OK
225 PM CDT Mon Apr 15 2024

RED FLAG...NONE.

.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns will increase significantly Tuesday
afternoon, especially to the north and west of Tulsa where green-
up has been less significant. Near critical fire spread rates will
develop in this area Tuesday afternoon. Rainfall tonight is likely
to remain on the lighter side as well, but if heavier rainfall
than what is expected occurs, this may mitigate the fire weather
concerns Tuesday to some degree.

Chances for wetting rains increase in a more unsettled weather
pattern for the latter half of the week. After the rains exit
Sunday, below-average cooler weather can be expected to start the
next work week.
