REPUBLIC OF PALAU AND YAP STATE THROUGH MIDWEEK. SEAS AND SURF HAVE
SUBSIDED ENOUGH AT CHUUK TO ALLOW SURF TO FALL BELOW HAZARDOUS
LEVELS.
