JULY TEMPERATURES WERE SLIGHTLY ABOVE AVERAGE FOR THE MONTH WITH THE AVERAGE HIGH
BEING 61.4 DEGREES WHICH WAS 1.9 DEGREES WARMER THAN NORMAL.  NO RECORD HIGH
TEMPERATURES WERE RECORDED FOR THE MONTH HOWEVER KOTZEBUE DID SEE ONE HIGH MINIMUM
TEMPERATURE RECORD BROKEN. THERE WERE 13 DAYS THAT HAD MEASURABLE RAINFALL HOWEVER
WE WERE STILL BELOW THE MONTHLY AVERAGE BY 0.01 INHCHES. THERE WERE 10 DAYS WITH
FOG AND ONLY 2 OF THOSE DAYS HAD FOG DECREASING VISIBILITY TO 1/4 MILE OR LOWER.
