TEMPERATURE RECORD DURING THE 22ND AS WELL.

DURING INDEPENDENCE DAY OF JULY 4TH...THE OVERNIGHT LOW ONLY FELL TO
80 DEGREES AND TIED THE DAILY WARMEST MINIMUM TEMPERATURE RECORD
LAST SET DURING 1995. BY JULY 5TH AND JULY 6TH...SHREVEPORT ONLY

THIS JULY RECORDED ONE SEVERE WEATHER EVENT AT MIDMONTH DURING THE
EVENING OF JULY 15TH. A MESOSCALE COMPLEX OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
DEVELOPED ACROSS SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS AND NORTHEAST TEXAS DURING THAT
AFTERNOON AND AND PUSHED SOUTHEAST INTO NORTHEAST LOUISIANA DURING
THE EVENING NEAR SUNSET. THE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCED A VERY STRONG
OUTFLOW BOUNDARY THAT PUSHED RAPIDLY THROUGH NORTHWEST LOUISIANA
