FROM SEPTEMBER 1 THROUGH NOVEMBER 30 2014...LA CROSSE REGIONAL AIRPORT
HAD AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 48.0 DEGREES.  THIS WAS 1.6 DEGREES COLDER
THAN THE 1981-2010 NORMAL OF 49.6 DEGREES.  BOTH SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER
WERE SLIGHTLY WARMER THAN NORMAL (0.4 DEGREES WARMER THAN NORMAL).
NOVEMBER WAS THE COLDEST SINCE 1991 AND TIED 1875 AND 1986 FOR THE
15TH COLDEST.
