.SYNOPSIS...MODERATE TO FRESH SOUTH SOUTHEAST WINDS AND BUILDING
SEAS WILL OCCUR TODAY AS THE PRESSURE GRADIENT TIGHTENS DUE TO
PLAINS LOW PRESSURE INTERACTING WITH HIGHER PRESSURE OVER THE
GULF. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE BRIEFLY ON MONDAY BEFORE
DETERIORATING LATE MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY WHEN A STORM
SYSTEM MOVES ACROSS NORTH TEXAS. THE ASSOCIATED FRONT WILL MOVE
OUT OVER THE GULF ON THURSDAY...SHIFTING WINDS TO NORTH.
