GULF COAST. A WEAK COLD FRONT AROUND DAWN MONDAY WILL BRING A
SURGE OF NORTHERLY WINDS AND ROUGHER SEAS. ADVISORIES MAY BE
NECESSARY THROUGH THE DAY MONDAY. CONDITIONS WILL AGAIN IMPROVE
FOR MIDWEEK WITH HIGH PRESSURE ALONG THE GULF COAST.
