331 AM CST TUE FEB 21 2017

.SYNOPSIS...SURFACE LOW PRESSURE MOVING ALONG THE NORTHWESTERN
GULF COAST WILL BRING A COLD FRONT THROUGH THE LOWER TEXAS COASTAL
WATERS LATER THIS MORNING. THIS WILL CREATE ADVERSE MARINE
CONDITIONS ACROSS THE GULF WATERS THROUGH MUCH OF THE
AFTERNOON...WITH STRONG NW WINDS EXPECTED. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
BUILD ACROSS THE COASTAL AREAS TONIGHT WITH MUCH IMPROVED MARINE
CONDITIONS EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY. HOWEVER...THE PASSAGE OF
ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL BRING ADVERSE CONDITIONS EARLY IN THE
WEEKEND.
