.SYNOPSIS...STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS THAT SPREAD ACROSS THE LOWER
TEXAS COASTLINE IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT THAT MOVED THROUGH
THE AREA THURSDAY AFTERNOON WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY
MORNING HOURS. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT
THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. IMPROVED WINDS AND SEAS WILL
RETURN LATER TODAY AND WILL PERSIST INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK AS
SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVERHEAD.
