WINDS NORTHEAST THIS AFTERNOON. A STRONGER SURGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
PUSHES A COLD FRONT THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS FRIDAY MORNING
WITH MODERATE NORTHEAST WINDS DEVELOPING THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.
FAVORABLE MARINE CONDITIONS BRIEFLY RETURN SATURDAY AS WINDS
STEADILY TURN BACK TO THE SOUTHEAST. A STRONG STORM SYSTEM IS
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHERN ROCKIES LATE IN THE WEEKEND
AND MOVE INTO WEST TEXAS EARLY NEXT WEEK WITH MARINE CONDITIONS
