Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...A light to moderate south to southeast wind will
prevail across the lower Texas coastline maintaining low to
moderate bay and Gulf conditions. A weak cold front will move
through the region on Sunday resulting in a brief shift of the
winds from the North to Northeast.
