highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop this morning in
advance of a cold front. A prefrontal trough will move off of the
coast by late morning with the cold front moving off of the coast
this afternoon. Moderate to strong offshore winds are then
expected tonight through Tuesday. A second front will move off of
the coast on Tuesday with winds restrengthening behind this front
Tuesday night and Wednesday. Diminishing winds are then expected
as high pressure builds overhead. Onshore winds will develop by
