HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE REGION LATE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
BEFORE A SLOW MOVING UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM APPROACHES THE
REGION. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING STRONGER WINDS TO THE WESTERN GULF
AS A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE FORMS AND RAIN CHANCES INCREASE
THROUGHOUT THE DAY SUNDAY. LIGHTER WINDS AND HIGH PRESSURE RETURNS
