Generalized Statewide Coastal Waters Forecast for Hawaii

.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
A surface ridge far north of the state will maintain moderate
to locally strong trade winds through Friday night, with
slightly weaker trades expected this weekend. East swells from
weakening Tropical Storm Fernanda are forecast to spread across
most of the coastal waters into early next week.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY...

.TODAY AND TONIGHT...East winds 20 to 30 knots. Wind waves 5 to
9 feet. East swell 4 feet. Isolated showers.
.FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves
5 to 8 feet. East swell 4 to 5 feet, increasing to 5 to 6 feet
Friday night. Isolated showers.
.SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 20 knots. Wind
waves 3 to 6 feet. East swell  5 to 6 feet. Scattered showers.
.SUNDAY AND MONDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Wind waves 3 to 4
feet. East swell 4 to 6 feet. Scattered showers.
