STALL AND WEAKEN NEAR THE BIG ISLAND SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY. FRESH
TO STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS WILL FILL IN ACROSS THE AREA IN THE WAKE
OF THE FRONT BEGINNING FRIDAY NIGHT...THEN SHIFT TO THE NORTHEAST
BY SUNDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS NORTHWEST OF THE STATE.
