AND SEAS IS POSSIBLE LATE TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY AHEAD OF A
FRONTAL SYSTEM THAT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE WATERS ON WEDNESDAY
EVENING. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO WEST-NORTHWESTERLY EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING AND DECREASE AS HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS TO BUILD OVER THE
