.SYNOPSIS...
A weak low pressure system off the central California coast will
move slowly inland across Southern California Thursday. Moisture
remains limited...but there will continue to be some afternoon
clouds near the mountains. However...chances for any thunderstorms
and flash flooding are very minimal.
