...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch for portions of northern New York and Vermont has
been cancelled. Surface temperatures have dropped below freezing
and precipitation has changed to a wintry mix, resulting in less
runoff and limited potential for additional river flooding.
Localized ice jam flooding will continue today on area streams and
rivers and will be covered by flood warnings.
