* FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
  AND NORTHEAST KANSAS...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN EAST
  CENTRAL KANSAS...GEARY. IN NORTHEAST KANSAS...NEMAHA...
  POTTAWATOMIE AND RILEY.

* THROUGH MONDAY MORNING

* PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WILL PASS THROUGH THE AREA
  THIS EVENING THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE
  TO TWO INCHES ARE EXPECTED TO BE COMMON...WITH LOCAL AMOUNTS
  OVER THREE INCHES POSSIBLE. WITH WET GROUND CONDITIONS AND
  ELEVATED RIVER LEVELS FROM RECENT RAINFALL...FLASH FLOODING AND
  RIVER FLOODING MAY RESULT.
