AT 1027 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE MODERATE TO
HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. ALTHOUGH RAINFALL RATES HAVE
DIMINISHED SOMEWHAT, RUNOFF MAY STILL PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
