  South Platte River near Weldona affecting Morgan County.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Colorado...

  Cache La Poudre River near Greeley affecting Weld County.
  South Platte River near Kersey affecting Weld County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or has been reported.
Stream rises will be slow and flash flooding is not expected.
However, all interested parties should take necessary precautions
immediately.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Cache La Poudre River near Greeley.
* until late Sunday night...or until the stream falls below flood
  stage.
* At  9:30 AM Wednesday the stage was 8.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Sunday evening.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 8.2 feet
  on Jun 23 1947.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the South Platte River near Kersey.
* until Thursday afternoon...or until the stream falls below flood
  stage.
* At  9:30 AM Wednesday the stage was 10.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...Considerable lowland and meadow flooding
  occurs. Water is at the base of several bridges in the area.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.3 feet
  on May 2 1980.

* At  8:45 AM Wednesday the stage was 9.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at  1:00 AM Wednesday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 9.8 feet by Thursday
  morning.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...There is widespread lowland and meadow
  flooding. Water rises over the railroad tracks near Masters.
  Irrigation works are impacted.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.9 feet
  on May 11 1957.
