The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana  has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas
  for...
  Western Van Wert County in west central Ohio...

* Until 930 PM EDT

* At 624 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms over the area. This will cause flooding of roads and
  small streams. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. An additional inch of rain is possible.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Convoy, Ohio City, Middlebury, Willshire, Wren, Dull, Abanaka,
  Schumm and Glenmore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
