The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Central West Baton Rouge Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
  Southern Pointe Coupee Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
  Northwestern Iberville Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
  East Baton Rouge Parish in southeastern Louisiana...

* Until 530 AM CST

* At 327 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area. Two to four inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Baton Rouge, Zachary, Baker, New Roads, Livonia, Maringouin,
  Fordoche, Rosedale, Greenwell Spring, Lottie, Erwinville, Pride,
  Merrydale, Brownfields and Baton Rouge Airport.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will create minor flooding.
