PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...


Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways.  Use caution when
walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in
flooded rivers and bayous.

The flood warning continues for
  the Sabine River At Logansport.
* from late Tuesday night to late Friday night...or until the warning
  is cancelled.
* At  1:45 PM Monday The stage was 26.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early Wednesday morning and
  continue to rise to near 28.5 feet BY early Thursday morning. The
  river will fall below flood stage by late Friday morning.
* Impact...at 28.0 feet...Expect lowland flooding problems of the
  heavily wooded floodplain to continue for several days.
