...THE FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 430 PM MST FOR WEST CENTRAL KANE
AND EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTIES...

Flooding throughout the Virgin River system is on the decline.
Rainfall over the area has moved to the east...and the upper
drainage has receded.  Areas that have significantly reduced their
flows include the North Fork Virgin River in Zion National
Park...and the East Fork Virgin River to the east of the Park.

While the flood waters are coursing through the mainstem Virgin
River...the large channel is handling these flows.  The mainstem
Virgin River is expected to return to base flow conditions late
Monday night.

Please be vigilant of any high water remaining in these drainages
throughout the nighttime hours.
