* AT  7:00 AM SUNDAY THE STAGE WAS 18.9 FEET...AND RISING.
* FLOOD STAGE IS  19 FEET.
* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* RECENT ACTIVITY...THE RIVER IS RISING IN RESPONSE TO HEAVY
  RAINFALL IN THE PAST 24 HOURS.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE TODAY...AND CONTINUE RISING TO
  19.1 FEET THIS EVENING. FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE MONDAY MORNING.
