THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COCHISE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ARIZONA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...WILLCOX...SIERRA VISTA...DOUGLAS...
  BISBEE...

* UNTIL 815 AM MST

* AT 221 AM MST MODERATE RAINFALL CONTINUED OVER MOST OF COCHISE
  COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS RANGED FROM 2 TO 5 INCHES OVER THE PAST
  48 HOURS...AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ABOUT 1/2 UP TO 1
  INCH WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLOODING PROBLEMS THIS MORNING. EXPECT
  FLOODING FROM MOST WASHES AND AT LEAST PORTIONS OF THE SAN PEDRO
  RIVER SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 82.

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
STREAM RISES WILL BE SLOW AND FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.
HOWEVER...ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
IMMEDIATELY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
RIVERS...WASHES AND STREAMS. EXPECT SOME FLOODING OF URBAN
AREAS...HIGHWAYS...AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
