.DISCUSSION...A ridge over Northern Alaska will weaken slowly
through Wednesday then build back slowly in the second half of
the week. A weak trough over the area will result in east winds.
An arctic front extending from Bettles to Eagle will remain
remain stationary through Tuesday. Temperatures will be above
normal south of the front with minimum RH values in the
afternoon in the mid teens to mid 20s.
