A SURFACE TROUGH WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
PORTION OF OUR FORECAST AREA TODAY. A RELATIVELY DRY ATMOSPHERE WILL
REMAIN OVER OUR FA TODAY WILL REDUCE RAIN CHANCES TO JUST SLIGHT
CHANCE MAINLY SOUTH. A WEAK WAVE OF LOW PRESSURE WILL SLOWLY SHIFT
NE UP THE CAROLINA COAST LATE TONIGHT AND MONDAY. HOWEVER...MOST
ATMOSPHERIC MOISTURE AND PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN TO OUR
SOUTH AND EAST. SOME SUBTLE MODEL DIFFERENCES IN STRENGTH AND TIMING
OF THE LOW...IN ADDITION TO POSSIBLE LOCAL EFFECTS SUCH AS SEA
BREEZE...YIELDS RELATIVELY LOW CONFIDENCE IN TRANSPORT WIND FORECAST
FOR MONDAY.
