MOISTURE WILL INCREASE TODAY...AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE
APPROACHES THE AREA. THERE IS A LOW PROBABILITY OF LIGHT FREEZING
RAIN TO ENTER TO REGION DURING THE LATE MORNING HOURS AND CONTINUE
TO MOVE EASTWARD THROUGH MID AFTERNOON...NORTH OF THE TN RIVER.
LIITLE TO NO ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED. OUTSIDE OF PRECIP
AREAS...SOUTHERLY TRANSPORT WINDS ABOVE 15 MPH WILL HELP PROVIDE FAIR
DISPERSION...DESPITE LOWER MIXING HEIGHTS. RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE
SUBSTANTIALLY OVERNIGHT...WITH WIDESPREAD RAIN EXPECTED ACROSS THE
AREA DURING THE LATE EVENING HOURS THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY ON MONDAY.
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE. STORM TOTAL RAINFALL WILL
BE GENERALLY BETWEEN 1 AND 1.5 INCHES. RAIN CHANCES WILL TAPER OFF
FROM WEST TO EAST TUESDAY EVENING...LEAVING DRY CONDITIONS FOR THE
