FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST
FOR NORTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WILMINGTON NC
324 PM EDT MON AUG 29 2016

.DISCUSSION...
WARM AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH MOST OF THIS WEEK.
A TROPICAL DEPRESSION WILL BRUSH BY THE NC OUTER BANKS TUESDAY,
LIKELY AS A TROPICAL STORM, BUT WITH VERY LITTLE IMPACT OVER OUR
PORTION OF THE CAROLINAS. ANOTHER DEPRESSION IN THE GULF OF MEXICO
IS EXPECTED TO BECOME A NAMED TROPICAL STORM BEFORE IT APPROACHES
FLORIDA LATER THIS WEEK. THIS SYSTEM COULD BRING RAIN AND WIND TO
OUR COAST ON FRIDAY. CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING MUCH COOLER
AND DRIER WEATHER FOR THE WEEKEND.

FOG POTENTIAL FOR TONIGHT...MODERATE INLAND, LOW AT THE COAST.
