.DISCUSSION...AN UPPER LEVEL LOW OVER KENTUCKY THIS AFTERNOON AND
ITS ASSOCIATED UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE AREA
THROUGH MONDAY AS IT SHIFTS NORTHEAST. MOST OF THE THUNDERSTORM
ACTIVITY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING WILL OCCUR OVER THE SOUTHWEST
DISTRICTS BUT ADDITIONAL ACTIVITY WILL BE POSSIBLE AFTER MIDNIGHT IN
THE NORTHEAST. GREATEST CHANCE OF RAIN MONDAY WILL BE IN THE NORTHEAST
WITH LOWEST CHANCES IN THE WEST. HIGH PRESSURE SURFACE AND ALOFT
WILL BEGIN STRENGTHENING OVER THE REGION TUESDAY THROUGH THE END OF
THE WEEK. THIS WILL LEAD TO WARMER TEMPERATURES AND LOWER RAIN
