ACROSS THE AREA TODAY BEFORE FINALLY SLOWLY TAPERING OFF TONIGHT
AND TUESDAY. THE EXTREMELY WET CONDITIONS WILL KEEP FIRE DANGER
AT OR NEAR ZERO THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. WINDS WILL PICK UP SOME
AS THEY SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST TODAY...WITH SUSTAINED VALUES OF
AROUND 10 MPH AND A FEW GUSTS BETWEEN 15 AND 20 MPH POSSIBLE AT
