.DISCUSSION...

Above normal temperatures will be present today and Saturday before a
cold front moves through the area Saturday night. Temperatures will
warm up again on Monday before cooling off again on Tuesday. Minimum
relative humidity values will be above 15 percent through Saturday
then drop to 15 percent along the Rio Grande on Sunday but wind
speeds will be light. Low RH values will be widespread on Monday
across much of the area but winds will again be light. Good to
excellent recovery is expected tonight.
