.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns will remain low through Thursday due unseasonably
cold weather.  There is also the chance of additional light drizzle tonight
into tomorrow.  Temperatures will rise to near normal Friday and Saturday.
There is the possibility of windy conditions Saturday so elevated fire weather
conditions will be possible then.
