.DISCUSSION...An upper trough will remain over the region through
Wednesday with dry and fairly stable conditions. Ridging builds
thereafter through late week with temperatures 3 to 6 degrees
above normal and low afternoon humidity. Another weak trough
comes through late Friday with some afternoon and evening build-
ups possible. Westerly flow aloft is expected over the weekend
