Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Middle Tennessee
National Weather Service Nashville TN
300 PM CST Tue Feb 21 2017

.DISCUSSION...

An unsettled weather pattern will continue to be in store for Middle
Tennessee through the next seven days. Continued seasonal warm
temperatures are expected through the remainder of the work week.
Mainly isolated to scattered light showers will be possible through
Thursday. Minimum afternoon relative humidity values on Wednesday
will be in the mid to upper 60s. Minimum afternoon relative humidity
values on Thursday will be spanning the 50s. A frontal system will
push across the mid state region Friday afternoon into Friday
evening, bringing breezy conditions along with numerous mainly light
showers and a chance of thunderstorms to the region. Lingering light
showers will occur across the area early Saturday morning, before
dry and more seasonal temperature conditions are expected over the
upcoming weekend as high pressure influences from the Rockies build
into the mid state region. However, this will be short lived, as the
weather pattern will once again be conducive to warming temperatures
and increased rainfall chances, along with the development of breezy
conditons, by Tuesday of next week.
