SFC LOW IS CURRENTLY DEEPENING OVER EASTERN AL. AS THE LOW CONTINUES
TO DEEPEN AND MOVE NORTHEASTWARD OVER THE NEXT 12 HOURS RAIN WILL
SPREAD ACROSS MIDDLE TN AND SFC WINDS WILL TURN TO THE NW AND
INCREASE TO 15-20 KTS. ONCE THIS SYSTEM PULLS OUT OF THE AREA LATER
ON MONDAY WINDS WILL RELAX AND DRIER AND COOLER AIR WILL SETTLE IN.
NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN WILL BE WEDNESDAY WITH COLD FRONT PASSAGE. RH
VALUES WILL REMAIN ABOVE CRITICAL THRESHOLDS OVER THE FORECAST
