FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR EASTERN WASHINGTON AND NORTH IDAHO
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SPOKANE WA
304 PM PDT TUE JUL 28 2015

.DISCUSSION...

HIGH PRESSURE WILL STEADILY BUILD OVER THE DISTRICTS THIS WEEK.
THE MAIN IMPACT OF THIS HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE WARMING TEMPERATURES
AND DRYING RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES. BY THE END OF THE WEEK AND
INTO THE WEEKEND HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE WELL INTO THE 90S TO
LOWER 100S WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND
TEENS. OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES WILL ALSO BE POOR. THE WINDS IN THIS
WEATHER PATTERN SHOULD BE LIGHT AND TERRAIN DRIVEN, HOWEVER BY
FRIDAY, SOME STRONGER WINDS COULD DEVELOP IN THE LEE OF THE
CASCADES. MONSOONAL MOISTURE WILL NEAR THE SOUTHEAST DISTRICTS
THIS WEEKEND BUT FOR NOW IT APPEARS MOST OF THE RESULTING
PRECIPITATION WILL REMAIN SOUTH AND EAST OF THE AREA.
