...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

A warming and drying trend will continue across the district through
Tuesday. Warming and drying will be most pronounced tonight and
Monday as moderate offshore flow develops. North to northeast winds
will increase in the hills tonight and become gusty by late tonight
and Monday morning, mainly at the higher elevations of the North
Bay but also locally in the East Bay Hills, the Santa Cruz
Mountains and in the hills above the Big Sur Coast. Winds will
decrease on Monday afternoon. Expect poor overnight humidity
recoveries through Tuesday night. Gradual cooling is forecast
during the second half of the week.

Strong high pressure will result in substantial warming and drying
this week. Breezy north winds develop through the Sacramento Valley
today and increase tonight and Monday.
