AND FAIR TO POOR RECOVERY TONIGHT. MOISTURE WILL INCREASE ON
THURSDAY WITH THUNDERSTORMS BEGINNING. THE THUNDERSTORMS MAY START
AS A HYBRID OF WET AND DRY BEFORE COMING WET BY FRIDAY.
