BRING AN INCREASE IN WINDS WITH GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH. WETTING
RAINS AND SNOW WILL BEGIN TONIGHT THEN DIMINISH BY FRIDAY
AFTERNOON. BREEZY WINDS MAY CONTINUE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AS LOW
PRESSURE REMAINS OVER THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST. ABOVE NORMAL
TEMPERATURES AND DRY CONDITIONS RETURN NEXT WEEK.
