.DISCUSSION...Central North Dakota will remain under weak high pressure
Sunday between a weak system to the west and a stronger storm system
over the central plains. Light surface winds Sunday morning will become
east 5 to 10 mph at ignition time, and increase to east at 10 to 15 mph
during the afternoon. Although it is expected to remain dry through
Sunday, expect increasing afternoon clouds with rain chances from the
system to the southeast, lifting into the southern James River Valley
by late in the day. The system to the west will bring a chance of
showers into western North Dakota by Sunday night. Minimum humidities
are expected to be 25 to 30 percent.
