CLOUDS WILL BE IN ABUNDANCE THIS MORNING AND AT THE TIME OF
IGNITION...BUT A CLEARING TREND IS FORECAST RESULTING IN A MIX OF
SUN AND CLOUDS TOWARDS MIDDAY INTO AFTERNOON. THIS WILL ALLOW
TEMPERATURES TO WARM INTO THE LOW-70S ACROSS INTERIOR S NEW
ENGLAND. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES SHOULD QUICKLY DROP DOWN TO
AROUND 30 TO 40 PERCENT AS MIXING HEIGHTS DEEPEN UP TO AS HIGH AS
7 KFT AGL. NE WINDS WILL BE FAIRLY DECENT AT AROUND 10 MPH
ALLOWING FOR IMPROVED SMOKE DISPERSION THROUGH THE DAY.
