Minimum RH values this afternoon expected to drop
into the lower to mid 30 percent range.  Mixing heights will increase
to 4500 to 5000 ft range by mid-afternoon. Transport winds will be
mostly from the NE less than 10 mph today. An inversion will develop
by early evening with overnight dispersion expected to be poor to fair.
