.DISCUSSION...
Overcast skies will continue. Rain chances return by Wednesday
morning over Western Iowa then spread East throughout the day.
Periods of moderate to heavy rain are likely to persist from
Wednesday afternoon through Thursday. The winds are forecast to
increase out of the east Wednesday and then shift more northeast
by Thursday.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (45-55 percent). Areas of dense
                    fog early in the morning, then patchy fog late
                    in the morning.
Max temperature.....Around 57.
Min humidity........55 percent.
Eye level winds.....Light winds becoming east 5 to 9 mph late in
                    the morning.
Wind (20 ft)........Light winds becoming east 5 to 9 mph late in
                    the morning.
Mixing height.......300-1900 ft AGL increasing to 2500-4300 ft AGL
                    in the afternoon.
