A SURFACE LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WESTERN THIRD TO HALF OF THE STATE ON
WEDNESDAY.  A SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WIND WILL EXIST OVER THE CENTRAL AND EAST BUT
ACROSS THE WEST THE WIND WILL SWITCH THE TO NORTHWEST LATE IN THE DAY AND
WEDNEDAY NIGHT AS A COLD FRONT PUSHES ACROSS.  AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL
BRING A CHANCE FOR DRIZZLE OR LIGHT RAIN WEDNESDAY EVENING.
